Elizabeth's parents arrived Friday evening after going to the symphony and spent the night. We got up on Saturday and had a great time together. We had a tasty lunch, opened presents, and watched General Conference (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a semi-annual conference held by our church, we watch it on tv). Rather than spending the time to put all of the pictures here, I'm just going to post a link to the Smugmug page that has the pictures from that event. Check them out here.
Today (Sunday) we had a party for all of my family. We were just a few shy of having twenty people here. We had hamburgers and hotdogs (some very well-done hotdogs thanks to a fire on the grill), coleslaw, bandito beans, and chips. We also had cake and ice cream for dessert. The babies got very messy, but enjoyed having their own cakes. Even though we told everyone they didn't need to bring presents, we had a mountain to open. We're so grateful to have such wonderful family. Here are the pictures from today. It's hard to believe it's been a year already. Our babies are growing into toddlers very quickly. I can't wait for all of the milestones ahead!
